About Breast Augmentation & Breast Lift Surgery
Enhance Shape and Volume
A combined breast augmentation and breast lift (mastopexy) uses implants to increase the volume and fullness of your breasts while also lifting and reshaping them and improving the nipple position.
Why Consider a combined BReast Augmentation and lift?
This procedure addresses both volume loss and sagging, providing comprehensive enhancement to your breasts. Ideal for patients who have experienced significant changes due to weight loss, pregnancy, or aging, this surgery offers significant improvement in the overall position and shape of your breasts.
The Benefits:
Restored Volume and Fullness: Implants add desired volume and fullness to your breasts, especially in the upper pole or upper aspect of the breast.
Lifted and Reshaped: Lifts sagging breasts and nipples to a higher, more youthful position.
Enhanced Contours: Achieves a more balanced and feminine silhouette.
Comprehensive Enhancement: Simultaneously addresses multiple aesthetic concerns for a harmonious result.
What to Expect
Consultation: During your consultation, we will discuss your goals and evaluate your anatomy to create a personalized treatment plan. We will discuss implant options and how best to achieve the desired results.
Procedure: The procedure involves placing implants to add volume and performing a lift to raise and reshape the breasts. I use a short-scar technique with an incision around the areola and a vertical incision down to the breast crease, sometimes referred to as a lollipop scar. Occasionally, I also need to use a small horizontal incision in the crease underneath your breast.
Recovery: Avoid strenuous physical activity that increases your heart rate or blood pressure for 2 weeks after surgery. Avoid heavy lifting greater than 20 pounds for 4 weeks after surgery.

Results can last many years, but factors such as aging, gravity, weight fluctuations, and pregnancy can affect longevity. Regular follow-ups and a healthy lifestyle can help maintain your results.

As with any surgery, there are potential risks, including infection, scarring, changes in nipple or breast sensation, and implant-related complications. I will discuss all potential complications and how to minimize them during your consultation.
